NY by Rebecca Vrtis of 2360 Apparently your Nathan Beckwith, (Sr.) bought Lot 93 in Manlius, NY in 1805 from Benjamin & Sally Sanford. Benj. got the lot back from Nathan by the Sheriff in 1806. Also in Manlius is a Gurden Beckwith who owned Lot 56 which he sold to E. Gay in 1824. Wealthy Beckwith et al sold same Lot 56 to E. Gay in 1826. Gurden has probably died and Wealthy was his widow.
