Wills of the Masham Peculiar Court list:
28 June 1779 BECKWITH Wm. Gent. of Masham

The will is held at LEEDS Archives at Sheepscar:

This William is either the one you want (a bit young!) or possibly his father.

You would need to get a photocopy to check.

Unfortunately, my MASHAM Parish Register copy only covers 1599-1717
