BECKWITH families closely linked with my WELLS families for at least 300 years in Galphay, Yorkshire, UK. Some lived at Cowmiers and are in my Wells family Wills.

Many other BECKWITH families in Ripon locality - some quite wealthy in 17thC.
Last BECKWITH born at COWMIERS Farm, Galphay is still alive! Very much a Yorkshire name.
