Looking for Alanson BECKWITH born in Ellisburg, Jefferson Co., NY Dec 21, 1829. Lived for a short time in Oneida Co., NY with his parents, then relocated once again to WIS (possibly Walworth Co.) and finally came to Oceana Co., MI. Married in 1858 Carrie WALTERS had 1 child Frank and later married Nellie LAFEVRE and had children Fred and Nina. Am trying to find out if there is a connection with George M BECKWITH born in East Troy, Walworth Co., WI Nov 17, 1845, M. Ida REID on April 8, 1873 in Berrien Co., MI and lived in Oceana Co., MI.
If anyone has any information at all on this family, please respond.
