This is all that I have at this time.

Joseph David Beckner (parents Oliver Perry Beckner and Margaret Phillips) was born August 29, 1861 in Whitesburg, TN. He died November 19, 1942 in Conway Springs, Sumner, CA.

Joseph David married Ida Valena Thompson on September 4, 1892 in Witchita, Sedgewick,Co., KS. Ida Valena was born Sept. 1872 in NE.

Joseph David Beckner and Ida Valena Thompson had the following children:

1. Pearl Elizabeth Beckner was born May 1898 in KS.

2. Elmer F. Beckner was born Feb. 1894 in KS.

3. Opal B. Beckner was born March 30, 1905 in Sumner Co., KS .

4. Joseph Thomas Beckner was born February 26, 1909 in Conway Springs , Sumner Co., KS. He died December 3, 1983 in CA.

5. Ruby V. Beckner was born Abt 1917. She died Abt. 1900.

Ruby is an adopted daughter .
