Have a little more data about Daniel Beckley.
Actually there were two in my line: one born about 1860 and another born perhaps in 1834.
Both were born in England. and the father was married to a Ruth Glanister (Glenister?). They probably crossed the Atlantic in 1861 and eventually settled in the Finger lLkes region of New York--Kings Ferry. Penn Yan and Trumansburg.
Stiil seeking an English family connection.
