I have run across a Conrad Becker in Noble County, Kendallville, IN records of 1850 thru 1900. As there were only about 4 Becker families in that area at that time, there isn't a lot of info to find. The Conrad Becker shown in Noble Co. marriage records was married to Elizabeth Gradwohl, and their son Ezra T., b. ca 1879. applied for a marriage license to wed Florence D. Williams, about Dec.1903. This may not be the right person, but it may be of use to you.
