Precious little to offer, but the Peter Becker that I search for was born in Germany, possibly Dittweiler(dob ?). He sailed from LaHarve and arrived in Baltimore, 1831. He married Phillippine Saam (possibly Scham), widow of Johann Carl Bier of Baumholder, Germany, July 1, 1828. Mrs. Becker changed her name to Caroline at some point. Do not know where they went once in USA. Children of Phillippine and Johann Bier were Carl, Johann Christian, and Carl Christian. The three children traveled to Baltimore with the Beckers--possibly on the ship Universe, Black Star Line. Does the above info rattle any leaves in your tree? Please contact me.
