Some additional information on William, Barbara and Anna Becker recently discovered: William (Wilhelm) Becker (born about 1819) and his wife Barbara (born about 1823) were Bavarian immigrants who resided in New York before 1852, the approximate year their son George was born. Apart from Anna, born 1858, and George, they had William (born 1854), Emma (1860), John (1863) and Mathilda (1865), all born in New York. In 1870, the family lived in the Bayside area of Flushing, NYC. Anna's first husband, married about 1882, was Samuel Dubois, who died in 1894, leaving three children, Mary, Wilhelmina and John Dubois. Ann Becker's second husband was Charles Kaufmann, with whom she had one son, William Kaufmann, who died in the First World War. Anyone know more of the ancestry of this Becker family, Barbara's maiden name, or what became of Anna Becker's siblings or parents?
