Becker of 3049 Thank you for your reply. I have so little to go on, that at the moment I can't see a connection, but maybe at a later date. I am trying to trace a Moritz Becker who would be my ggrandfather. Apparently someone has seen his name on an application to emigrate from Wuerttemberg to the U.S. in 1883. His apparent birthdate is Feb. 1859 in Heilbronn. Interestingly, his son was born in Schenectady, NY (near Albany). Thanks again, and I'll be intouch if I find anything to connect.
