Trying to find records on Maria Catherina (Margaret) maiden name unk. who married Forest?John Becker. She was b.9/5/1794, Kiplerseine Dudig of Nassau, Germany. Immigrated to U.S. thru NY, June 1853 w/son John Peter Wilhelm Becker.Ship thought to be Kottumplanter.She settled in Noble Co. IN. Upon arrival, her journal notes, "we are now here by our people". D. 7/23/1859. Maiden name? and did she have family in Noble Co? Appreciate any leads.
