Becerra is a Galician/Spanish/ portuguese surname.
Henry Becerra given first name was probably Enrique and his wife Maria's surname was probably spelled Hernandez, with an accent in the "a".Sorry, my software doesn't allow me to do accents.
My Grandfather, Andres Barreiro Becerra, 1868-1953, was born in Arzua(Bilaboa), a village in the road to (and very near) Santiago de Compostela, Provincia de La Coruna, Spain.
