Do you know of any Noah Bivins in your family. He is believed to have been born about 1793 in Worcester Co, MD. He married Catharine Mitchell in Bourbon Co, KY on 11/26/1818. Several of us have been attempting to find him and have run up against a wall. He is thought to have lived in either Fulton Co, PA or MD, or Washington Co, MD or PA. At about the time he may have lived there, there was a split in the counties and some of the land in PA became MD and vice versa. There are many Bivins/Bivens living in the area of Hagerstown, Washington Co, MD and some in Big Cove Tannery, PA I am not sure which county Big Cove is in. It could be either Fulton or Franklin, Maybe even Bedford. Please let me know if we have a connection. It would be great if we have found the missing link
