Hi Peter
My name is Stephen Paul Beaven,I was born on 30/04/1961 in Trowbridge Wilts which is about three mies from B-ON-A.My fathers name was Reginald Allan Beaven born in Melksham Wiltshire on 04/12/1923 sadly passed away on 10/01/1999.He had Four sisters and three Brothers.His father was Earnest Beaven born in Rode on 28/08/1888.He owned the Greenland Mills Factory in B-ON-A in the 1960s I was led to belive he invented the seamless tennis ball which they still use to this day, He was also in the local press for inventing the first ever blow up model of the Loch Ness Monster.I am sure he got the idea for this when he lived there when my Father was a smaal boy.I hope this might help you and please let me know if there is ay other information I might be able to give you or just let me know how your search is going.
