Vicki: the following information is from the Beavens-Blanford etc book by Sister Mary Louise Donnelly...Benjamin Beavens born ca 1743 in Charles co., Md so of Charles Beavens and Mary Hoye. He, Benjamin, married ca 1770 Cassandra Dorsey who died prior to 1820. the children, Known, from this marriage weere Benjamin Dorsey Beavens , Elizabeth Mary Beaven who married Edward Beaven. son of Richard Beaven and Elizabeth richards.; Charles; James Hoy Beaven born 1782; and Susannah Lowrina Beaven born 1783.
Benj Dorsey died as a single man.; Elizabeth married #1-Edward Beaven and had two known children and then married a James Lloyd Richards and had a daughter.; Charles married a Louisa Cusick and had a dau and a son, ; James Hoy mrried a Mary Gibbons dau of Nehemiah Gibbons and Chloe Gill they moved to Mason's co., Ky and then to Martin's fork , Lewis Co, Ky ..the children changed spelling of their surname to Biven. looks like they had 7 children.
