My fathers mother was Grace Beauvais and I believe her family lived in Tupper Lake New York, at one time. She lived in Rouyn Noranda PQ where her 3 sons were raised,but when it was time for them to be born she returned to her family in Tupper Lake.My dad Floyd Joseph was born there in 1908 ,baptized Feb 23, at At Alphonsus church.His sponsors were Delena Leger and Nazaire Lapointe.
My dad's brothers were named Edmond Amond and Lawrence Maide.Hope we can exchange info if I ever get any.
