Hi If you are looking for info on Louis Lebel I have some.
My g grandmother was Levina Lebel m. to Jean Baptiste Chartier. Her father was Joseph Louis Lebel m to Sophie Marineau dit Hostin Aug 03, 1835. Sophie died at a young age of forty. and only two of their children survived to my knowledge, they were Marie Levina (my g. grandmother) and a brother named Joseph Lebel who may have been brought up by Charlotte, sister to Louis.. I found the gravestones of these two in Aylmer, Que, on the website Grave Markers Ottawa Ont. you have to look in St. Pauls Cemetary.
I am still searching for information on this family, and would appreciate any you may offer.
