It says'
"Mar 11 Noel Beaulieu and Julie St Onge
2 july (1888), from the published marriage banns between Noel Beaulieu, oldest son of Joseph Beaulieu and Eleonore Grenier of the parish of St-Jacques for one part, and Francoise Ouellet oldest daughter of Baptiste Ouellet and Marguerite Nadeau of this parish for the other part. Without finding any reason of hinderance, we sign and approve the mutual consent of marriage, witnessed by Emelie Lorton and Lina Levesque.
(signed) L. C. D'Amours.
