I am tracing the descendants of Marie-Louise Beaulieu who married Antoine Legault dit Deslaurier February 14, 1779. I went back and looked for information on your Joseph-Raphael but was unable to locate any information other than his birth and baptism in 1767. This suggests to me that he was probably married after 1799. I use a genealogist in Montreal that might be able to help you locate the marriage.
