My name is Christy Gilbert. I am trying to trace my husband’s heritage, hopefully to prove a Native American Link. So far I have the Following information:
His grandfather is James Paul DeLoach (b: 7/23/1923), Son of Sam Deloach (b: 7/7/1882, d: 2/2/1953) and Verona G. Boliew (b: 11/8/1890, d: 3/10/1963) . Verona is the daughter of Thomas Richard Boliew (who I believe is the same person as Thomas W. Bellew (b: 6/15/1852, d: 2/1928) and Mary Jane Ware (b: 1852, d: 1/3/1919). I understand that Mary Jane is the Daughter of Miles Fuller Ware (b: 3/30/1808, d: 1/1/1868) and Eddy Murphy (b: 4/3/1814, d: 6/7/1860)
Miles and Eddy had 12 children:
William W Ware, Serena Ware, Anthony House Ware, Lorenzo D. Ware, Fredrick Jeffery Ware, Thomas Perry Ware, Cora Ware, Elmedia O. Ware, James McKinley Ware, Mary Jane Ware, and Annie Loura Ware.
His grandmother is Sally Ruth Carraway (b: 4/7/1924), daughter of William Richard Carraway and Alice Birth of Biddy Ann Hearon (yes they say this is her real name)
And that is as far back as I can get. I cannot find the parents of Eddy or Miles. And Thomas Boliew changed his name every time he married. Do you have any more information or have I completely confused you. I would greatly appreciate ANY help.
