Larry, I'm just getting into family archives for my wife's side and Lo! here's your posting.
My wife is a Beaudry, her dad's down from Minn where several generations of his family farmed, etc. Anyhow, my wife's gggggg-grandfather (I think I've got that right) was you Toussaint Beaudry, married to Barbe on Mov. 24, 1670. I have straight-line lineage from them to present -- but without siblings, etc. -- and have some extensive lineage on a Matrin family (my wife's father's mother was a Martin -- but it's a French Canadian line) also CYR, THERIAULT, and such.
Would be happy to share what I have in hopes of filling in gaps and possibly extending the line back a generation or two, as Larry's post just did.
Also, Larry, I'd like to find out about any and all historical texts and stories you have or know of.
