I am not sure exactly where my ggrandparents were from, only know they were from Quebec. I have been to the Monroe Genealogy museum and gathered much info on the Beaudries/Beaudrys, but nothing on my ancestors, can't seem to tie them into anyone there. My grandfather moved to Canada from Port Huron, MI in 1918,Nova Scotia, then to Quebec City in 1933. He died in St. Fabian,PQ August, 25, 1957, and is buried in St. Fabian DePonet Church Cemetery. I did just yesterday find these notes of my mothers,( Peter, Zoe Chenevere> Urquille Joseph Baudry, "called John".b.1838, Canada, d/bur Jan 11, 1900, St. Charles, m. May 16,1859, St. Charles.) I don't know what significance this is, if any, maybe Urquille is my John. I am planning another trip to St. Charles Church in Newport to check this out, although they weren't too helpful when I was there before. Yes the family was and is Catholic. My father died a year ago, so have no-one to help me with names. Would appreciate any help you can give me. Anna Marie (Beaudry) Jackson
