Marilyn, Good to see that you're posting again. It appears that the Edward in the Mercer's Co. records (1640-48) was the son of Edward of Cosgrove, as you said. That Edward was the elder brother of John Beauchamp. That leaves the Edmund in the Mercer's Co. records and he has to be the Edmund who showed up in Maryland ca. 1665. I've also run into some info about Mary Beauchamp Wolseley. Apparently she and her husband Walter had a daughter - also Mary. Mary went to Maryland ca. 1673/74 and married 1676, Roger Brooke of Battle Creek, Calvert Co., MD, as his second wife. Look forward to the report on this which you will be posting and also information on the Doggetts. Please let me know when you do so. Ann Van Dyke Notify Administrator about this message?
