Info wanted - Sarah Beaty, sister of John & Francis, 1687, Ireland

I am looking for infomrmation on the parents of Sarah Beaty, b. 1687, from Ulster, Ireland, married to John Tate in 1708. John and Sarah had eight children:

James
John
Samuel
Thomas
Robert
William
unknown daughter
Anne

Their children James and Anne each got married and had children who ended up marrying each other. I am decsended from those two first cousins.

Sarah reportedly had brothers who came to the US from Ulster, Ireland, named Francis and John. I know nothing about these brothers, except that they came from Ireland in the early 1700s and settled in Pennsylvania. Francis apparently went on to Mecklinburg Co., NC.
