I show Charles mentioned in his brother Stephen's will. I also have other references in Mifflin Co. to Stephen being from Donegal, Ireland. He was born abt. 1740. He married Christina Duncan. There really is no other reference to his brother Charles that I can find though besides that one in his will. I too, would love information on Stephen and Charles parents and any other info that you might find on Charles. I have children and other descendents of Stephen if it will help anyone.
