Which John Beatty has tavern - Huntingdon Borough 1806?

Would appreciate anyone helping me identify the above John Beatty. In reading the History of Huntingdon and Blair Counties by J. S. Africa, I found mention of John on P445 that he owned Beatty's tavern on SW corner of Penn & 6th Sts. On Feb. 19, 1806 he signed list of subscribers to help raise money to build a church for the German Luthern congregation. On p. 489 John Beatty was a hotel keeper.

I have 2 John Beatty's: one died Jan. or Feb. 1823. He lived Wayne Twp. Mifflin Twp. He was married to Elizabeth (Criswell), the second lived Armagh Twp., Mifflin and married Nancy Glass, b 1763 he died June 27, 1840.

Is there another John Beatty in Huntingdon Co.?
