I am looking for information regarding James Beatty and his family, who lived in and around Penn Township in the early 1800s. He was known to have been captured by Indians in his youth and later served in the Revolutionary War. He had at least one daughter, Rachel, who married John Aber. He is buried in the Beulah Presbyterian Church in Churchill, Allegheny County, PA.
