I have a relative named Roland Beatty who married Isabelle Craig. Roland died 1/1941 Tisdale Saskathewan Canada and Isabella Craig died 7/1943 same place- they were married 8/17/1885. Children of Roland and Isabelle/Isabella: William Marshall Beatty dob 8/7/1886; Joseph Wesley/Wesley Joseph Beatty dob 5/13/1888; Robert Henry Beatty (my grandfather) dob 9/9/1890 born @ Kincardine Ontario Canada; Eva Clara Beatty dob 11/14/1892; Alfred Elsworth/Elsworth Alfred Beatty dob 3/14/1895; Earl Chester Beatty dob 4/23/1897. Craigs came from northern Ireland-home was Gortnacory at Carnlough N Ireland. Relative Jim & Hettie Craig (aunt of Robert H Beatty) was visited by my father and uncle in 1941 in Belfast. Aunt (90 yrs old at the time) said Craig family came to Ireland from Scotland when she was young. The Craig family left Carnlough Ireland in 1870 to go to Kincardine Ontario. Of 30 people on immigrant boat, half died at sea. My father is the son of Robert Henry Beatty and Ina Ellen Brown (Ernest Raymond Beatty) born in Stettler Alberta Canada. I have a list of each of Roland's grandchildren also. Don't know if this is related or not but the timing of the immigration is interesting. The name Turnbull is not listed anywhere.
