Just happened to come across your posting regarding your BEATON research from the Somerset area. I registered the BEATON & BETHUNE surnames with the Guild of One Name Studies and am trying to pull together as much data as I can on these surnames everywhere. Thought I would let you know that there are other researchers looking at the BEATON surname in Somerset.
