The address is 314-38 So Main Street -Church Street in Centerville. If you know Centerville at all it is between 4 C's Ice Cream and Our Lady of Victory Church. And then down Churchill Road which is between the Country Store and the South Congregational Church.

It is for sale by Vivian's Real Estate 508-775-0158. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 7 rooms, 2 car garage, no basement(Cape Cod style basement with a trap door leading to a hole in the ground), 5 fireplaces, one holds 6 foot logs another about 5 foot and the rest normal size, one mile from the beach, old part built in the 1600's new part built 1800's, Certified historic, living room 18x18.6, dining room 14x18, kitchen 10.6x17.6, master bedroom 14x14, bedroom 17.6x18.6, bedroom 13x14.6, bedroom 14x15, laundry 4x9, foyer 4x7. Foundation main width and depth 20x28, wing width and depth 18x26, no association (YAH!), probably has lead paint so don't eat the paint, .68 acres. Road frontage 210 depth 122.

Grinding wheels steps in the front and back door of the old house.

Cottage with same character on the property. Two bedrooms, living room and a bath.

Husband and I saw some repair that would need to be done. Some wood damage by termites or carpenter ants, roof needs to be replaced on one side of the house, workshop roof needs to be replaced. Trim needs scaping and painting, some painting to freshen up inside of house, foundation sound as well as the fireplaces. Very little insulation. List price $395,000 list date 5/12/2000. Real estate agent told me they would go down is price a bit. Owner in nursing home. For around here at this time it has been on the market a fairly long time. It is most definately a sellers market on Cape Cod at this time. There was a time when you get a house for assesment or even under, this as you can see is not the case. And I think that is alll I know!

Need anything else call Vivian!
