Bearse documents Centerville MA 1800s

I came across about eight deeds involving various Bearses in Centerville, dated from the 1820s to the 1870s. Also, a few pages of geneological notes, a 1918 survey performed for Chester Bearse, showing properties owned by Isaac and James Bearse, among others.

This was part of a trove that someone threw out in Belmont MA. It also contained documents about Lyons, Bacons, and Crosbys, mostly in Centerville; I don't know whether these are related people, or whether they just bought Bearse property, or maybe were neighbors.

Is anyone interested in reviewing these documents? They are currently in Lexington MA.
