Mourning md William Smith, probably SC

I am surprised there are not more messages in this forum. I do not believe I am related, but I have read of the family while doing research on the Union and Spartanburg areas of SC.

I have some papers on the Smith family which include:

"William Smith, b. September 20, 1751, Bucks Co., PA, d June 22, 1837." I have a note that he married Mourning Beardon who was born 1763 and died in 1842.

The Smith family had moved from Bucks County to the Spartanburg area of SC in the 1750s, I believe. William's father, Ralph, was a member of the Bush River Quakers in Newberry, SC, then Padgett Creek. It is possible that the Beardons were also Quakers.
