Eliza J. McNIECE was born in IRE abt 1843, daughter of James McNIECE (b. abt 1813, d. 21 Apr 1873) and Martha CRAWFORD (b. abt 1808, d. 13 Sep 1878), both born in IRE, county unknown, buried in Graysville Church of Christ Cemetery.
Eliza married John BEARDMORE on 18 Apr 1867 in Monroe Co. OH. John BEARDMORE was born 15 Feb 1837, died 9 Dec 1868 in Monroe Co. OH. He is buried with his parents and siblings in Bush Church Cemetery near Malaga. John BEARDMORE's birth and death dates are from "Cemetery Records of Monroe Co. OH", by May Decker. I believe him to be the son of William BEARDMORE, as in your third John-Isaac Combination.
Eliza married 2) William LUCKEY on 9 Dec 1873. He died before 1889. She reverted to the name Eliza BEARDMORE and died 14 April 1906; she is buried in Graysville Church of Christ Cemetery. The birth year on her tombstone is inexplicably wrong - says she was born 1827 when all census data have her younger than brother William McNIECE, born 1841.
If there were children from either of Eliza's marriages, they didn't survive. In the 1870 census, the widowed Eliza BEARDMORE is living with her father James, no small children in the household. At her death in 1906, Eliza left her estate to her only surviving sibling William McNIECE and the children of her two deceased sisters, Jane PARIS and Matilda McGILTON.
I believe the father of your combination 2) John 1822 and Isaac 1819 was Isaac 1793, not William.
For combination 3) I have John b. Feb 15, 1837 (died 9 Dec 1868 age 31 y, 9 m, 22 das) and Isaac b. Nov 25, 1834 (died Feb 3, 1865 age 30 y, 2 m, 8 d), according to the book referenced above (check my subtraction from death dates. Was 1837 a Leap Year? That would make John's birth Feb. 16.)
The online transcription of the 1850 Monroe County census index has the following:
BEARDMAN [sic], Isaac....Malaga Twp.....p. 235
BEARDMORE, George........Malaga.........p. 235
BEARMORE [sic], William..Malaga.........p. 235
BEARDMAN [sic], Isaac....Malaga.........p. 235
BEARDMORE, George........Malaga.........p. 235
BEARMORE [sic], William..Malaga.........p. 235
BEARDMORE, Isaac.........Malaga.........p. 236
BEARDMORE, John..........Malaga.........p. 236
BEARDMORE, Isaac.........Malaga.........p. 236
BEARDMORE, John..........Malaga.........p. 236
There appear to be duplicated sections in this transcription, based on the repetition of the misspellings and of other names as well, so it's hard to say without looking at the original census whether there really were 4 Isaac BEARDMOREs by 1850. I doubt it. In 1840 there were only John (1787-1876), Isaac (abt 1793-1856), and William (1807-1888, son of John), and William's son Isaac wasn't born until late 1834.
