Rasin Bean and Caroline Hebb, VA/MD mid-late 1700s

My husband is descended from Eleanor Bean who I have been told was the daughter of Rasin Bean and Caroline Hebb. I have been given a marriage date of 4 Jun 1787 in Westmoreland Co. VA but have not been able to verify any Bean-Hebb marriage around that date in published records.

Eleanor married Daniel Mathany in Westmoreland Co in 1819, but her sister Frances had earlier married Daniel in St. Mary's, MD in 1799. I have verification of both of these marriages. I have some of Frances' children, and most all of Eleanor's. So it seems like the families bounced between the two areas.

Does anyone recognize any of these names?
