Does anyone have the MACBEAN CLAN BOOKS, there were a minimum of 3 huge volumes published and do a look up in those books. Volume one, he is not in that volume. So it would be Volume 2 or 3????
William BEAN brn abt 1818 in Pennsylvania.
He migrated to Stark County, Ohio. Perhaps the whole family did, I do not know.
William then was in Shalersville, Deerfield, Palmiyra, PORTAGE County, Ohio.
William married Mary Ann CORBETT on April 5, 1841 (I have her ancestry dating back to about 1026). William died between 1846 and 1850, as Mary Ann was a widow by the 1850 census (last child born in 1846).
CHILDREN:
Harrison Orastus BEAN born June 21, 1842 in Ohio
Elizabeth BEAN born 1844 in Ohio
Henry N. BEAN born 1846 in Ohio
For sure, Harrison and his Mother (possibly son Henry, do not know for sure) moved to Vienna Township, Genesee County, Michigan by the 1880 census. (though could have migrated there earlier).
Harrison O. BEAN, was my great-grandfather, William would have been my great-great grandfather.
