Hello Monica,
I don't know if this will help but I'll give you the scant Info I have of Beamish, my grandmother's maiden name.
Great grandfather: Richard Beamish, born in Canada (possibly Ontario).
Great grandmother: Mary Turner, also born in Canada and possibly Ontario.
Their parents could have come from Ireland, probably from the County Cork area.
They had at least two children, my grandmother, Alice Maude Beamish, b. 10/29/1880, also probably Ontario. She had at least one older brother, Ab or possibly Abner. He owned several department stores in either Ontario or Alberta, Canada. My grandmother married George Wesley Elliott.
