Hello there -
The Beamish Book from 1950 mentions an Isaac Simpson Beamish who lived in Kingston, Ontario, married & had issue a son, William Adderley. - This second name Adderley suggests that these Beamishes came from the Bandon, Co.Cork (ireland) branch. My ggg-grandmother Elizabeth Beamish, née Bernard of Palace Anne (died 1839), was the daughter of Mary Adderley from Innishannon,Co.Cork. After that, the name Adderley is often used as a first or second name in this part of the family. I descend from Adderley Beamish (my gg-grandfather) who moved to Germany around 1844.
I would love to hear from any close relative!
