I'm looking for information to connect (or disprove any connection) between

Ruth BEALL, born abt. 1730, married Thomas SWEARINGEN
and
Priscilla BEALL, born abt. 1754, married Thornton Thomas MAGRUDER

Does anyone have the parentage of either Ruth or Priscilla? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
