The below-mentioned Thomas and Rachel

Thomas Beal - born 1794 in Maryland - a farmer - married Rachael Willison in April of 1815 in Allegeny Co., MD. She was born 1799 in Maryland. The lived in the Evitts Creek, MD area until around 1840 before moving west.

Both died in 1859 in Marshall County, West Virginia (then Virginia). This is in the northern panhandle of WV just across the river from Jefferson Co., Ohio.

Their children - - - mostly born in Maryland and then living in Ohio (Harrison and Belmont Counties - adjoining Jefferson Co.) and West Virginia (Brook, Hancock, and Ohio Counties - just across the Ohio River from Jefferson Co.) are as follows:

Elias - 1827 - married Martha J. (Belmont Co., Ohio)
Presha - 1829 - married George Fisher
Nancy - 1829 - marrried Samuel Croy
John - 1831 - married Susan
Catherine - 1932 - married James Fisher
Jasper 1833 - married Mary A.
Grafton 1836 - married Martha Matilda Dunlevy
Emanuel - 1843

Who are this Thomas and Rachael? Help. I think that they are possible descendents and/or relatives of your Alexander, but I have absolutely no proof as there doesn't seem to be any birth information on Thomas Beale/Beal/Beall. :>)

The link below gives some information on Rachel Willison. It seems several of her siblings, aunts, and uncles also moved to the Jefferson, Harrison, Belmont County areas.
