I have been looking for the history for Rachel Beal whose children Sarah and Virginia F. Jones are listed with Tanner Jackson Beal and his wife Sarah in the 1870 census. However Tanner's name is listed as Fannie if you try to find the census. They were living in Benton, Wayne County, Iowa. Jackson Beal is listed in the 1880 census-still living in Benton, Wayne county, Iowa and a widower. Living with him are his 3 sons, Joshua, Alfred, and Willie, with a sister-in-law Ary A. Williams and Rachel R. Jones, divorced. niece. I believe she is possibly Sarah and Virginia F. Jones oldest sister. I have been trying for years to find the parents of Virginia F. Jones. All I have is knowledge of her parents Samuel Jones and Rachel Beal Jones. I believe Samuel and Rachel are from/died? in Madison County Indiana. Any relationship? Thanks, Cindy
