William Beakes of the parish Blackwell, Somersetshire, England got 1,000 acres with his son Abraham in Pa. (Bucks Co)They brought a cert. of Removal from Portishead MM in Engl. dated 6/25/1682..see Hinshaws Encyl. of American Quaker Gene.
