My great-grandmother was Kate Beadles. She was born in 1870 in Union City, TN and died in 1967 in Memphis, TN. She was married first to a man named Oscar Scott, and they had three daughters, Opal, Ruby and Lillian. Then she was married a second time (I assume Oscar died) to a man named George Steinbraker, and they had three more daughters--Hallie, Louise, and Virginia (my grandmother).

Kate's parents were Alec Beadles and Callie Palsgrove. Any further information on them would be very helpful.
