Searching for information on William Beadles
b. 3 Jul 1773 VA/d. 6 Oct 1868 Coweta Co. GA.
buried in Beadles Cemetery next to his wife
Sarah Harper. In Oglethorpe County, GA is a
marriage record for William Beadles and Sally
Lester, dated 19 Dec 1804. Are Sally Lester
and Sarah Harper the same person? Had she
been married before? Or was Sarah Harper
William's 2nd wife? The children of William
and Sarah are Lucinda; Joseph; Parathena; Harlow D; Almea; Sarah Harper; Francis W.; and Matilda. Matilda was born abt 1813 and
married 18 Oct 1832 Cicero Demosthenese Hudson in Coweta Co. Ga. They moved to AL
after the death of Cicero's father about 1839. William Beadles was the son of Joseph
Beadles & ???. Any information appreciated..
