Looked some more and believe the Robert Gillespie born Apr 1885 was really Roberta. In 1920 and 1920 she is married to William Jencks. In 1920 living with her parents and in 1930 livong near her parents in St. Louis.

If this is the family of your Paul, he had 2 sisters and no brothers.
