The parents of Mary Custis Baylor were Robert Craig Baylor and Lucy O. Horton. They both died in the year 1892. Robert was born in 1832 in Christiansburg and Lucy was from Russell County, Va. Robert was a favorite uncle of my grandfather, Rev. Joseph A. Baylor. So we are cousins. I would like to have more information on Mary Custis if you would care to share. All I know about her is that they were married in 1875 and lived in Sneedville, Tenn.
