Thanks Patricia. I've just started searching for Daniel's parents. I thought Baylor was a German name but that's just a guess.
The only information that I have on Daniel is that he died in 1801. Catherine's father was Swiss and her mother German.

There were Lehman's in the German colony in Culpepper, VA. I don't know if they connect or not.
