REVISED (DATES ETC. ADDED): PLEASE DISCARD VERSION JUST SENT

I am doing some digging about my colonial and revolutionary-era Virginia kin. My grandmother wrote a book in 1937 about colonial Yorktown called "John Norton and Sons, Merchants of London and Virginia." Merchant John Norton married Courtenay Walker, whose sister Frances married one John Baylor (1702-1772) who was educated in England and became a (Caroline Co.) Va. statesman and horse trader. Their son John (d.1808) married John and Courtenay Norton's daughter Frances. Am interested in this Baylor family and what became of them through the centuries. Through internet searching I've learned that there was an Arkansas authoress named Frances Courtenay Baylor; was she a relation? Any information on any of these people would be appreciated. Incidentally, the book is fascinating and unique. It may be available by interlibrary loan. I feel it should be included in any Baylor family archive.
