Hi Leigh,
I have seen no proof that the father of Margaret (Bayley) Needham was Walter Bayley. However, it appears very resonable to assume he was. Margaret Bayley'swill (mother of Margaret (Bayley) Needham) mentions a son, Walter.

I have very little information about Walter Bayley but will be happy to share my Bayley/Needham information. Would like to have any information you will share.
