Wives of Jacob Bayless of Fulton County Illinois

I'm seeing a lot of confusion in family trees and groupsheets regarding the wives of Jacob Bayless b. 1809 in NY, d. 1887 Fulton Co. IL. I'm hoping there is someone out there who can clear things up. The 1850 census shows Jacob Bayless with wife Sally b. abt. 1820 in NY. Sarah Noble or Nobles is named as the mother on two of his children's death records, so it appears this was Sarah/Sally's maiden name. Many trees, group sheets, and also findagrave.com state Sarah/Sally Noble was born April 5, 1816 and died July 29, 1872. It is not stated if those dates came from a gravestone or other record. There is a marriage record for Jacob Bayless and Sarah Ann Rose dated May 8, 1857 in Schuyler Co. IL. The 1860 and 1870 census records for Jacob Bayless show his wife's name as Sarah and Sally respectively, b. abt 1816 in NY. Since it appears Jacob may have married two wives named Sarah/Sally, I can see why there is confusion in so many family trees. My question is, does anyone know for sure if this Jacob Bayless is the one who married Sarah Ann Rose in 1857 in Schuyler Co.? Also, does anyone know the source for the birth and death dates for Sarah Noble named above, and could they actually be the dates for Sarah Ann Rose? Thanks in advance to anyone who can clear this up!
