Dear Bill,I read your message about James Bayes with great hopes. But I have a couple of questions that are of concern to me. 1. If Amos is born in 1839, it seems unlikely that he could have a natural child who marries in 1849. 2. I am also concerned about the death date for James in 1936. If we assume that he was 20 at the time of his marriage then he was 107 years old at the time of his death in 1936. I would be greatly encouraged to discover that my ancestors may have bequeathed to me a potential to live to be 100. Although, my bones are so creaky now, it's hard to imagine how much noisier they would be if I had another 48 years! Thanks, Goodbays
